No, it's not a tipping point in the sense of the overall lead. It's a tipping point for monthly competitive sales figures in the US. If the console race started two or three months ago, they'd be winning the biggest market. That's a stark contrast to what we've seen the first two years.

That's the most ridiculous statement I have ever read. If it had only just started than it would be launch sales for the first 3 months. Who won that one? Oh yea, the PS4. I think people are completely ignoring the effect the Pro had on PS4 sales and all the great deals MS had, then rushing to conclusions. Let's see what Nov and Dec NPDs hold, then what things settle to in Jan and Feb before we start talking about tipping points globally in the US.
