He seems to be making the same mistake a lot of people are. Just because voice actors think they deserve to be payed more, doesn't mean they think they deserve to be payed more than the designers.
If their efforts to the effect of being payed properly for their work end up meaning they're being payed more than the artists and programmers, well maybe that just means that the artists and programmers are being ripped off even harder.
