Thing is regardless of anyone's opinion actions like the strikes are why he makes what he does to begin with, decades ago VA's were hardly paid and had to take similar action just to get paid for their work. He may not be running into the problems some of the striking actors now are dealing with because he has a big name much like Tom Cruise would get better treatment than a much less known actor, believe me from my time working in media they treat lesser known performers like throw aways. Fact is the VAs are now just as integral to the game as anyone else, I'm not going to bash them if the is something wrong in the background that they want changed.
