I think the bird people created hyrule and hylians (before skyward sword and before the backstory of skyward sword) now they are coming back to destroy them because they're advancing as a society. Then, Link finds zelda after all the destruction and they decide to do the 100 years sleeping thingy. So this trailer is before the e3 footage.
