I couldn't make any sense from your post.

Yes I do realized, and I do realize it adds lag, and? You still haven't answered how would be better to play on 1080p on PS4 passing through the upscaler of X1 instead of playing with checkerboard right at the TV or use the tv to upscale.

As far as I know Vizio isn't very good. Never saw any less than pristine image on mine television.

I'm not complaining, you were saying it's better to use the X1 upscaler on a PS4 than using checkerboard upscale on PS4 or the TV upscale and said the reason is lag, and then say lag doesn't matter? Are you trying to cover both ends and say you win eitherway?

"You still haven't answered how would be better to play on 1080p on PS4 passing through the upscaler of X1 instead of playing with checkerboard right at the TV or use the tv to upscale."

Why would i need to do that? I never claimed it was better than using Pro, but rather since it has a good upscaler it is a nice way to display your PS4 onto a 4K TV.

If you bought a Pro, use your Pro. If you have an OG PS4 and an XBO S, try that out.

Also in regards to the Vizio M series, its rated for a very good picture and so is the rating for the 1080p input content displayed in 4K (rated 9/10) like any well reviewed Sony.

So I missread your intention. I don't have XBOS so explain why it is better to run a OG PS4 game through X1S instead of just letting the TV display it.

How can it be 9/10 if it streechs the image so much?

I am playing the PS4 version and haven't found it to be *too* problematic.

There is a sad irony that a game that was once insisted to be a PS3 exclusive is now a multiplatform title that performs worst on the PS3's successor.

It doesn't perform worse. You want to say that it have one specific issue that Xbox version doesn't suffer from. Because in about all other metrics PS4 version outperforms it.
