Fairly sure. I have the same question as you. The recount seemed pointless. Read several articles about it. Assuming they were correct -it is quite frightening that Pennsylvania has no paper trail.

It seems to go into detail about what you do for a recount in an all electronic no papertrail state.

I guess we'll have to see. But while I think Michigan is very close, Wisconsin is just out of reach for her. So either way I doubt she'll become president even if she could turn Pennsylvania as well.
