Zen is out next year, Scorpio could use that.

It's certainly possible, but it'd be an expensive decision. If they do go with a non-Jaguar PC, i think it's more likely they'll adapt another of AMDs CPUs. It'd still being the price up, and compatibility with the standard X1 would need to be handle carefully, but i feel like that's be more likely than a Zen.
