Did you even read the text? I guess not.

It says that if you want to avoid frame-pacing issues on the PS4 platform, you have to play the game on a Pro in light mode, which means 1080p30.

"Stutter in the form of incorrect frame-pacing is very rare during gameplay and is only really noticeable in the title's engine-driven cut-scenes. But switching to the higher resolution mode with its 1800p checkerboarding, improved texture filtering and shadows sees inconsistent frame delivery strike back with a vengeance. We've actually opted to play the game on lite mode instead - trading the resolution and improved image quality for a smoother experience."

its not worth it to lose more details and higher resolution, its a alot more what Xbox has. I dont care what DF says

To me, the argument over pixels/resolution is like arguing over dvd/blu ray/4k. Given th eoption, I'll choose 4k everyday. I'll spend extra for 4k. But the nice thing about movies is that beyond resolution/colors/clarity, you know the pretty stuff, the movie is still exactly the same. If I watch Mad Max on 4k and you watch it on dvd, we will both enjoy it and finish it exactly at the same time to the second.

That isn't the case with games. PS4 and Xbox have different loading times. Lag, stuttering, bugs, draw distance, ect

To me, if I were to contemplate on buying a game for my xbox/pc/ps I look at those factors.  I won't notice the resolution or care if there is an extra bush in that field when playing. Wouldn't even know unless someone nip picked me by showing it. But I will notice the other things. Be like watching a streaming movie and it switches back and forth from HD to SD due to internet speeds slowing, and back again. Or buffering interupting play. Now those things ruin a tv show or movie when watching.

Same for games. I'll take a smoother, bug free game over max setting on a pc any day. That's why I love pc gaming. If I can, I put max settings, but i have the option (on not shitty ports) to adjust settings to make the game as playable as can be.
