Not impossible. You would just have to basically start completely fresh and clean out the entire government though. I would be surprised if there was one politician that was not in it for themselves, in someones pocket or as the saying goes "in the swamp" somehow or another. The only "good" politicians would be at like low levels "city" or something. As the saying goes "nice guys finish last" that is especially true in politics. Those "good" politicians could never make their way up the ladder to be in real power.
