I've got an LG OLED thats amazing, and I have never noticed any input lag when gaming.
That said, I have seen that model Samsung in store and its fantastic. I think you got great value for money.
OLEDs are simply the best out there at the moment, but you really have to ask yourself if its worth the expense.
I think you got a great deal!
