Although I think there should be reforms like splitting electoral votes proportionally by popular vote per each state. The other reform is that if we do that we either choose to decide the victor who gets the most electoral votes instead of getting 270 electoral votes or all parties must have a threshold of 10% of the total casted ballots to claim electoral votes in any of the states ...
