Yes... but no.
I mean, I'm fine with FF being a real time ARPG now. I actually love the idea of being able to enjoy the epic battles the series usually offers to us in a more active gameplay enviroment. The execution of FF XV, however, is awful. The battle system has too much shit going on to be practical. Also, the character movement is slow as fuck. We need quick response, speed and simple but deep battle mechanics. This game has nothing of that.
To be honest, I would be much happier if the gameplay was similar to what they showed when it was still VS XIII. Tabata really fucked this shit up.
