No. Metacritics assigns arbitrary weight to all media outlets. Some reviewers weight more in the balance than others.

Which is why opencritics was created in the first place. All reviews count for the same weigth. Making the average score actually an average.

Ahh okay well now metacritic means nothing to me thanks for clearing that up lol,  opencritics?  Is that a website?
