This past Black Friday weekend we have sold so many video games wheather it be PS4, Xbox, Nintendo 3DS, PC parts etc. I'd say almost 25% of our store budget came from Video Games which is a lot considering the fact that we have so many other products such as 4K Tvs, home audio systems, laptops, tablets, phones, headphones/speakers, appliances etc. And what's interesting is that all kinds of people come in to buy games for themselves, it's not just your average out of shape social reject or the 12 year old brat with his parents.. I've seen young adults, college students, teens, older men/women who come in to buy it for personal use (not as gifts). So this false stereotype that only "certain" people play video games is false.
Did you personally buy any games this past black friday? OR planning on buying something for the holidays?
