I doubt that is the case but I think the next election will see both candidates at 65 million plus votes.

Trump did lose the popular votes but he also got the most votes ever for a GOPer.

 

It all depends, If the democrats run the score in California it does not matter in the big picture. 

Funny thing about those Bush wins is that leftists still believe that Al Gore and Jonh Kelly were cheated out of the election.  Is almost like the right can only win by cheating.
