You mean like the people who thought it'd be a great idea "for the lolz"? People who didn't have enough entertainiment in their lives and thought it'd be a great idea to vote for someone who ignores science of all things? it'd be interesting to see what happens to the environment with him as a president.

But I guess loling is more important to some people. Thank god for democracy where everyone can vote for whatever reason and with any undertanding of anything.

Sometimes a country needs to go through a really rough period in order to become more liberal. This will ultimately push the democrats more to the left and make the republicans even less popular. And I am confident that the liberal values will only benefit from this in the long run. So yes, it is ok with some distasters sometimes, if the outcome at the end will be so much better.

Yeah, I get that. I thought about it myself. The problem is that

a. You could be the worst thing ever and still be relelected in 2020 because of some clever campaign which tells people what they want and still does nothing. I mean even Bush was reelected. The man everyone made fun of.

b. His damage he may do could be too severe. Like people actually get killed (e.g. with abortions not done in a clinic, vilolence against minoritiesm etc) and the environment will most definitely suffer. How much is hard to tell.
