It's been announced for outside of Japan since September. Got a PlayStation blog article and everything. lol Ignoring that, watching the video and seeing all the details makes it self-explanatory. Though, frogs are near sighted, so Kerotan, a frog, clearly didn't see it from the distance he was at. lol
