I think he likes the *idea* of being president more than the actual work of being president. Being president is not an easy job, nor is it "fun" or glamourous on a daily basis. Sure there are state dinners and photo ops, but this is nothing special to Trump, he already has things like this in his life. If anything moving into the White House is actually a downgrade for him (no gold plated chairs and marble dining tables). He is incredibly thin skinned, he is going to have problems I think going through periods where he is unliked by both sides of the aisle, all presidents have to go through that. |
Though i will agree that his temprament can be called in to question from time to time, i have no doubt he wants this....... when you compare how many rallies Trump did compared to Hillary, the difference is night and day, he was like a trojan horse on the campaign trail, sometimes 3 or 4 rallys a day, 6 days a week.i think he wants this, but for those who don't think so, thats fair enough.
