Amazon really needs a delivery review service rather than us having to contact customer support. people would benefit more if that was out and publicly visible, that way people might think twice before buying based on poor delivery service and Amazon and the carriers might actually step things up (not like it'll happen overnight though).
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
