If the PS4 Pro was made to stop people from buying a PC why...

First, in Steam there are plenty of people playing with laptops. so under 30 fps is there. Then you forgot what PC gaming isn't (currently) 100% about:

- Bloodborne

- Naughty Dog

- Team Ico (soon with The Last Guardian)

- Red Dead games

- and many other PlayStation exclusives

Then it isn't really about Final Fantasy. World of FInal Fantasy is exclusive for PS4, for example. FF XV isn't planned for PC.

 

Also what console playing isn't really about:

- Cheaters and bot spammers.

 

In any case from what I read around HDR > 4K. Which makes sense to me. I'd rather have more (beautiful) colors than more pixels which benefit disappears at a distance. But yes, the high end PCs do have the 60 and above fps. For much more money, though.
