Windows 10 is ridiculous

Disabling the Bitdefender firewall and enabling the Windows Firewall got rid of all random lags, freezes, crashes and driver issues and turned Windows 10 from the crappiest OS I ever used to the fastest one on all 5 PCs in my household. If you use any 3rd party firewall, it's worth checking this.
