Really sucks because it seems as though there's nothing to do. HP made a crappy product, oh well. They'll just ditch support.

Yea hp is a shit company imo

A few weeks ago, bestbuy had a sale on hp laptops with i5s in them. So my friend got one and the functions keys didnt work cause there were no drivers for them. This is a brand new laptop too.

If it didnt cost 400 cad for i5 and 8gb of ram, would have told her to return it but since the deal was still great, I just showed her how to do it through windows 10. Otherwise would have told her to go with Asus
