Secondly, "garbage"? It's average Metacritic is exactly the same as Recore. Are  you upset that they bothered releasing that game on Xbox?

I heard good things about Recore but it was trashed for technical reasons mostly.

To the contrary, I never knew Adr1ft was released. I heard about it and assumed it was still in development prior to this thread.

So Meta score isnt the the full picture. Most importantly, not every game skipping Xbox is gonna be missed. If you want access to many games you should have multiple consoles anyhow.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending Adr1ft. I haven't played it and it doesn't look good.

My point is that at best, a game not coming to a platform is a zero sum. I agree that the Xbox One certainly didn't need this game, I also agree that having multiple platforms is best if you want access to a wide variety of games.

But the suggestion that it's a good thing that a platform isn't getting a certain game, regardless of the game, is silly.
