Right, but we are also in an unofficial recession which means a weak and getting weaker dollar which makes people's hard earned money worth less, gas prices effect more than just travel is the sad truth. The idea of it being a good investment if poeple stay home more often is a nice spin on it thought, never thought of it that way.
