The answer is quite simple. The Pro. I expect the same thing to happen to the XBO once the Scorpio's actual launch date is announced. Need proof? Look at the online sites.
On Amazon, the Pro is #9 for the month of Nov, with the next console on the list being the PS4 UC4 Bundle at #31. On Gamestop, the Pro is the first home console on the bestsellers list at #13, with the 2nd one being the PS4 COD Bundle at #24. On Best Buy, the Pro is the first console at #12, the next one being the PS4 UC4 Bundle at #26. On Target, the first console is the PS4 UC4 Bundel at #7, but the Pro isn't far behind at #12. Walmart seems like the only retailer where the Pro isn't setting the charts on fire, but it's still doing decently at # 42.
I think people expecting poor sales from the Pro and/or a XBO win are setting themselves up for disappointment come NPD. Definitely at the end of the year when Sony announces 55M+ shipped.
