How is Europe homogenous in any way? There are like 50 states, with multiple officiial languages, and many more with no official languages. Also, it doesn't make sense that you're saying that politicans are refusing to listen to what people want: I would say that they're glad at what is transpiring, because they are able to maintain power, and instead of getting blamed for the problems, the immigrants who just want a job and stable life are perceived as the problem.

No, its actually quite the opposite. We've seen immigrants form ghettos and mini-societies where law and order have failed. Many areas in Europe with high immigrant populations also seem more people on social benifits, and generally we see immigrants with far higher unemployment rates than people who where born in these countries. And yes, Europe is very homogeneous compared to say Africa or Asia.
