Isn't that upscaler the same upscaler your 4K TV does anyway? UHD Blu-Ray I can understand, but upscaler? 

I'm not that proficient in the art of resolution but I think if there's 4k content and a 4k TV, it looks better than just having a TV upscale by itself.
