Microsoft put up a much better marketing campaign, the Xbone S looks fresh, it also has a 4k bluray drive which is very important. They went from a unrecognizable black behemoth to a easily recognizable white console.
PS4 Slim is very meh, it doesn't look that slim compared to the original, it's also very ugly. It doesn't have charm as the original, just a random black plastic thing.
They should have dropped the PS4 Slim when the gains are this small and rather have put all their efforts into making the Pro as good as possible. The Pro could've used it, seeing all the prolems.
