Im living in south london which doesnt have a great reputation for youth crime (muggings etc) which is the main down point, but its got a lot better than it was, the chavs are just annoying but atleast you can just ignore them, the thing to worry about are the "rude boys" sounds like a pretty stupid name now that i think about it, but theyr behind a major part of the youth crime in london.
But apart from that everything is great here, good free healthcare, good educational system (in my school anyway) brilliant music scene, theres a mass of underground talent just waiting to be exploited, good food if you avoid the weird stuff, great wildlife as your never more than a mile from a nice park or green of some sort, and wallace and grommit!!!
