I believe all of the first set are confirmed or already released. The second set are either rumors, works being planned, etc. The site does a good job of updating itself too, Bioshock is already up on the confirmed list with the release month. I like the fact that it gives us an idea of whats coming and when, even if some do happen to get pushed back.
In the first group theres about 105 exclusive/console exclusive titles for the PS3 scheduled. Some are already released (like Haze) but many are yet to come.
