The real irony is that upscaling 1080p to 4K was a concern for adding extra lag. It seems to be the other way around, tv upscaling is faster than displaying native content!

Input Lag is just ONE tiny aspect for video gaming on a TV, which is one tiny aspect for the overall TV.
