I'd wager that library is a way bigger factor here than power. I kinda doubt that the Scorpio will sell any more than the X1. Don't forget that to be a bigger success it has to convince people who already planned to get a PS4 to get an Xbox instead. Lst time I checked console buyers aren't really after power. People who actually care about that power might as well get a PC since there is barely any difference between that and an Xbox now. So which demographic do you think the Scorpio will capture besides people who already are Xbox fans?
