i don't see anything obvious about what you are saying... If it's a high end product at high price MS is obviously not trying to sell it at mid range level like any other console for that the S will be there.... It's actually a sound strategy for gamers of both XB and PS... You are a PS4 gamer you buy a pro and when the Scorpio gets out you can get a one S on the cheap for the exclusives... You are an XBox one classic owner you can either upgrade next year for the Scorpio which me and a lot of fan will do... If you are impatient you can go for the S now if you are broke for the S then... If you mean pachter is in phase with MS expectation so he is obvious ok... Then I agree...
