No, MS never claimed all games would be 4K on the Scorpio, and no one else claimed that either. MS said that they're making sure their first party games launching in the Scorpio's time frame can run at native 4k. They never claimed all games will run in native 4K. They specifically said it was up to the developers to decide how to use the console's power.

As for what you say about me being disproved and whatnot, I think your difficulties with the english language is at fault here.
