i remember seeing a dude who sold the original pokemon cards at $10 a pack...now they're worth 100+ depending on the type, reaching as high as 400. I wish my younger self sucked it up and took it all.
I also recall seeing a person offer their bike from the 70's for $20. Still have it to this day. Unusable, but a cool thing to have.
