No, any poor third world country can make those products as well. Mexico is creating a lot of out products more than ever for USA. However, China makes a shit load of money from making hardware compare to any of those products you mention. If hardware starts to decrease it will hurt China no matter what. It would still take years for a country like Mexico to have the industrial infastructure to "replace" China, there would likely be a global recession for many years from a trade war that would make 2008 look quaint. 

Besides, really, if the whole point here is to "bring back jobs", what exactly is the benefit if you're moving things from China to Mexico or the Philippines or whatever? You've accomplished jack shit. 

If we go to war with China, every manufacture from other countries will build up another Country's infastructure to outsource our work, not just United States. With the technology we have today, it will be easier and faster than it was with China the first time.
