The only way US and China could "go to war" is if China cross the line and invade another Asian country (the tensions in the region are really high). And even then, the US army wouldn't intervene directly. But once again, China has a lot more to lose if they choose the military option when they can easily continue with the economic and political option, so this scenario is unlikely too (but less ridiculous than the US/China nuclear war). |
