China makes a ton of shit not even related to TVs/phones/game consoles. Apple juice for example is made in China. Green peas are made in China. Tons of various food items. Most children's toys are made in China. Tons of clothing is made in China. Tons of homeware goods are made in China. You remove Chinese made goods and half of Wal-Mart would be empty.

No, any poor third world country can make those products as well. Mexico is creating a lot of out products more than ever for USA. However, China makes a shit load of money from making hardware compare to any of those products you mention. If hardware starts to decrease it will hurt China no matter what. Not to mention a lot of jobs China depended on is being automated thanks to technology.
