Yeah, it's anime only.  She's listed as one of the creators, along with the person directing, and is doing the writing and storyboarding, from what I've read.  That would make her far too busy to work on manga, I'm sure.

It's pretty good, too.  It's kind of hinting at BL, I guess, but I don't really care as long as the writing and characters are solid.  Lots of pretty male characters.

Which is kind of a shame, actually, as I really like her female characters the most.  She is really good at writing female character who are unique and different from 90% of the cliched female characters in anime/manga.  Usami is especially awesome.

 

Well, with a name like Yuri!! I was thinking more with girls instead. xD

And yeah, the girls on the manga are pretty great, though I don't really like the cheerleader girl. She feels like a typical villain character, but that's just one character out of many great ones.
