They now have a strong voice in the President. More racists who previously were quiet will now lash out in public.
I read a comment from someone who returned to LAX airport during election night.
This probably isn't related to Trump winning but it's still upsetting to read. Here's an excerpt:

"I landed around 4 PM at the airport, so the elections were still going on, and I already was nervous about the outcome. The officer, then opens my passport and says to me, " You are yellow, and Asian, how do you even have a US passport?" Mind you this person was a Russian born American with a thick accent. I felt insanely appalled at the racist and ignorant remark, especially from another AMERICAN. I then said, "I was born here in America!" He then laughs at my face and says, "Funny, and it says you were born in Oklahoma, how is that possible?" By this point I was sure his bigot and racist comments stemmed from poor education, of course ignorance and even hate towards Asian Americans. I then say, " As an American citizen, you are treating me less than an animal! You are a citizen as much as I am one, and I was born here, how dare you!"
He continues to laugh, then asks me why I was in Sweden. I tell him that I was a guest at a convention, and he then tells me, thats insane, I must be doing something illegal there, and goes through my passport."

Looks like she deleted her post since then so I can't quote the whole thing now.

i call BS on this story. Last time I was at LAX airport most the cops there where black or latino and a few white and asian. There is no chance a racist that bad would be able to work with that many coloured people day in day out side by side and would requset a transfer elsewhere.
