Ideally, pro-consumer policy is if a customer is unhappy with a purchase, they should be able to get a refund. Unfortunately, with digital purchases, this isn't always possible but apparently, big, bad Microsoft was perfectly willing to issue refunds upon request. Naturally, I suspect Microsoft is up to something nefarious issuing those refunds. |
