I like how the article explicitly specifies that it was not a politically motivated crime but a traffic incident with idiots.
But to quote every Trump supporter ever: "This was just an isolated incident and does not mean racism black crime is on the rise.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
