Read my post above. It's very likely to be true due to her history of always completely avoiding public confrontation before, and being positive instead, even when it seeks her out.
The woman who claimed she was attacked is completely unknown, so it's impossible to get a sense of her character. Vampy makes her personality known over the course of many years, as she tweets every day.
There's a big difference there.
