Microsoft is refunding Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare PC players because no one is playing it

Sounds like this was a decision by Activision. Whatever the case, what does it matter? If this article's word is anything to go by, people got a refund upon request. Open and shut case.

It's not open and shut unless it never happens again with these two market platforms.  If it's a matter of policy then it's worthy of discussion.
