Europe needs own army, can’t rely on US forever -EU Commission President

The EU already outspends Russia 4 to 1 Military wise and has more personal etc, In a battle Russia would gets its ass kicked, Hell they couldn't even beat Afghanistan. So I don't think the EU needs to be concerned
