What about the logic that no MGS title has sold a million in Japan even with a far larger userbase? Does that fail also? MGS4 could theoretically get 1 million copies sold lifetime in Japan but it's gonna take a while and is far from guaranteed.
FF13 should be a lock as all the big FF have been million sellers in week 1 in Japan.
