I will always hate "infinite power" or unkillable heroes and villains. It's just cheap-ass writing.
Always makes me think of the role-playing chat-rooms that were popular back on AOL. You'd end up with like three or four Goku characters being played by prepubescent boys who'd stay in god-mode constantly.
