How is the PC version? I hear a lot about microtransactions and cheaters :(

Probably not the best person to ask as I never was a fan of any of the CS games just a Quake fan :D I played a few hours of CS:GO a couple of years back and it seemed alright and it has 500k online players now so it must be doing something right :)
