The top highly voted comments made more sense than what he's trying to say. Even those in the comments section that were down voted were more or less in his line of thought.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
