this isnt even their fault; i xurrently stay on an islnad in the carribeans, but have got a forwarding address tied to a courier service that fly's in whatever I buy from NA to here. So no doubt it will get to Miami on time, if I'm lucky early. But once it does it will take 2-3 days to become a viable for pickup here on the island.

Waiting those three days is the difference between me spending $650 in total for a PS4pro (duties) or $1200-$1300 to buy it from a store here on the island.
